Craig Hailes

Director

Craig established Hailes Lawyers in 2011. He is an experienced property and commercial lawyer who has practiced in these areas for over 20 years. Prior to establishing Hailes Lawyers, Craig was a partner in prominent law firms in Melbourne. Craig’s commitment and dedication to his clients are key reasons why many of his clients have remained with him for many years.

Ross Koutsantony

Senior Associate

Ross joined Hailes Lawyers in April 2019 and is committed to building strong, ongoing relationships with clients by providing the highest level of service possible. Ross has experience in commercial and property matters, including purchase and sale of business transactions, “off-the-plan” developments and leasing. Ross was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2016.

Ding Chia

Senior Associate

Ding was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2015 and has expertise and experience in property and commercial law. Ding provides ongoing advice and support to both landlords and tenants regarding commercial leasing arrangements in all states in Australia and on other general commercial law. In addition, Ding has previously worked as a legal counsel at one of Australia’s largest hospitality group and is committed to understanding our clients’ businesses and assist with what is important to them. Ding is proficient in Mandarin and has acted for a wide range of clients.

Sam Turner

Associate

Sam was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2018 and has extensive experience in commercial and property matters. Joining Hailes Lawyers in October 2022, Sam is committed to understanding our clients’ businesses and assists with what is important to them. With experience as a generalist practitioner, Sam is also able to assist clients with their individual legal needs, such as for Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Gynette is focused on providing clients with high quality service at all times and is committed to ensuring that every transaction is completed in an efficient and professional manner. She is proficient in Mandarin. Gynette was admitted to practice in Victoria in 2018.

Linda Priest

Senior Leasing Paralegal

Linda joined Hailes Lawyers in 2011 and has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and property leasing. Linda provides ongoing advice and support to landlords regarding commercial leasing arrangements, including the negotiation and drafting of lease agreements.

Trish Ranieri

Senior Conveyancer

Trish joined Hailes Lawyers in October 2023 as our Senior Conveyancer. Trish has extensive experience in conveyancing (nation-wide) and off the plan developments.
